Yeni Torba Yasa ile Degisen SGK&CSGB/ISG Uygulamalari Uyum Programi

Merhaba,

Son donemde pes pese gelen Torba Kanunlar, yeni Yargitay kararlari ve 2026'ya uzanan duzenleme takvimi ile birlikte, Is Hukuku ve SGK uygulamalarinda adeta oyunun kurallari yeniden yaziliyor. Bu tablo icinde:

- SGK tesviklerinin iptal edilmesi,
- Calisma Bakanligi / SGK teftislerinde agir idari para cezalari,
- Fesih ve ise iade surecleri sonrasi bordro ve SGK islemlerinde ek maliyetler

bircok isveren icin cok somut ve yuksek maliyetli riskler haline gelmis durumda.

Bu degisen zeminde kurumlarin uyum ihtiyacina yonelik olarak, 05 Aralik Cuma gunu 10:00–14:00 saatleri arasinda Zoom uzerinden:

Programda ozetle; Torba Kanunlarla gelen tum Is & SGK degisiklikleri, tesviklere iliskin yeni kurallar, engelli calistirma yukumlulukleri, dijital bordro ve puantaj uygulamalari, EYT sonrasinda bordrolama ve bildirge hatalari, is kazasi–meslek hastaligi surecleri, yabanci calisan istihdami, haftalik tatil ve yemek, cocuk, aile yardimi gibi yan haklarin SGK'ya dogru yansitilmasi gibi basliklarda guncel riskler ve dogru uygulama ornekleri ele alinacaktir.

05 Aralik tarihli Zoom programi genel katilima aciktir.
Ayni kurumdan 3 kisi ve uzeri katilimlarda grup indirimi uygulanmaktadir.
Oturum sonunda yer alacak soru–cevap bolumunde ekipler, kendi uygulamalarina dair sorularini dogrudan egitmene yoneltebilecektir.

Bunun yaninda, ayni icerigi kurumunuza ozel hale getirerek, tamamen sizin ihtiyaclariniza gore revize ettigimiz kurum ici egitim formatinda da sunabilmekteyiz. Bu modelde; sektorunuz, bordro ve ozluk surecleriniz, tesvik ve denetim risk alanlariniz dikkate alinarak, icerik sirketinize ozgu ornekler ve vaka calismalariyla yeniden kurgulanir.

Torba Yasa Kapsaminda Guncellenen SGK ve Is Hukuku Uygulamalari Egitimi

Merhaba,

Torba Kanunlar, Yargitay kararlarindaki yeni ilke degisiklikleri ve 2026 sonrasina yonelen duzenlemeler ile birlikte, is hukuku ve SGK mevzuatina uyum, isverenler icin stratejik bir zorunluluk haline gelmis durumda. Yanlis yorumlanan bir tesvik, eksik bir bildirim ya da mevzuata aykirilik, ciddi idari para cezalarina ve tesvik iptallerine yol acabiliyor.

Bu kapsamda, uzun yillar SGK'da Bas Mufettis olarak gorev yapmis olan Sn. Isa Karakas ile birlikte, kurumlarin bu yeni doneme hazirlanmasina destek saglayacak kapsamli bir uyum programi planladik:
